Track Training from 7.30 (warm up done) at Dangan Track every Tuesday.
Unoffical Training session every Thursday (see attachement.
Training from Dangan Pavillion every Saturday from 10.00am.
Sunday Morning Long run from the Cathedral at 9.00am.
