GCH had over 70 athletes in action on Sunday at the County Championships in Dangan in brilliant sunshine.  Conditions were excellent despite a significant head wind in the home straight.  There  were 8 CPBs achieved by our club athletes,   and five were best ever GCH performances across all championships in that age group.  Many thanks to  Seamus Lynch for the anlaysis and update.
