I've been running pretty well for a good few months. I'm racing almost as fast now as I was 11 years ago when I got all my personal bests in distances from 5k through the half marathon. Back then I was running six days a week and was more fit than healthy; I was on the physio table with shocking regularity and frequently trying to shake recurrent colds.
Well done to everyone who raced over the weekend.
