We had a great workshop with Liz Egan yesterday evening. Liz led us through some practical exercises with key life skills of goal setting, prioritising and planning. It was superb to have a mix of our youth, senior and masters members learning together.

These were a great complement to the workshop by Karen Weekes in February on applying the mind to maximum effect. The planning templates and advice sheets are available here for all.

Following on from our Sports Psychology Talk earlier in the month, we are holding a workshop on Planning and Goal setting.  This will be facilitated by Dr Elizabeth Egan.

Thursday 23rd March 7.30pm - 9.30pm Croi House, Moyola Lane.

The aim of the workshop is to introduce some basic lifestyle principles that athletes can apply to their sporting and non sporting lives over the coming year.  It will have a strong emphasis on weekly, monthly and annual planning, making informed decisions and ensuring sustainable balance.
