Matt Lockett has put together a comprehensive pack detailing all about Cross Country running and training.
There are a number of training sessions planned and all are outlined in the attached document.
Get down to the training session at Dangan Saturday 16th August warmed up for 10 am then sign up for the training session in Cong Saturday 13th September through the GCH training together Facebook page or by contacting Bernie Kelly.

Matt has also included a detailed formula for your training phases to strucutre your years training. Identify when key races are and have simialr phases to your training where you rest, build-up training, train hard, apply the finishing touches to your training and then race you key races.
