There were fine performances all round from GCH athletes on Sunday last at the AAI Open Cross Country Races and Masters Trials , held at the National Sports Campus, Abbottstown in Dublin. On an honest course, underfoot conditions were quite good despite the weather  in the days beforehand, making it conducive to good cross country running. Eleven athletes represented the club in the various races.
