We had a great workshop with Liz Egan yesterday evening. Liz led us through some practical exercises with key life skills of goal setting, prioritising and planning. It was superb to have a mix of our youth, senior and masters members learning together.

These were a great complement to the workshop by Karen Weekes in February on applying the mind to maximum effect. The planning templates and advice sheets are available here for all.
