Congratulations to our GCH teams on their terrific performances at the recent National Indoor Track and Field League final.

The GCH Ladies team made club history by being the first GCH Ladies team to medal at an Indoor League Final, taking National bronze in an extremely competitive competition with twelve women’s teams, behind Dublin City Harriers and Raheny Shamrocks.

In an equally competitive men’s competition with nine teams competing, the GCH Men's team took National silver behind Clonliffe Harriers with an impressive team performance.

Day 2 of the National Cross Country Championships in Cow Park

The National Cross Country Championships for uneven ages took place in Cow Park, Dunboyne on Sunday last on a cool but beautiful winter’s day.  The course was quite challenging with lots of twists and turns on route and the terrain was muddy which make it difficult to navigate at times for the athletes.  However it was a hugely enjoyable day and well done to all our athletes who put in a brave effort throughout their race.
